FAQ
Accounts
After you register we send a verification link. Open it to activate the account. You can resend the email from the verification screen.
Usernames are unique public addresses. You can request a change from Account settings if the new name is available and not reserved.
Bio Pages
Limits depend on your plan and can be configured by the site administrator. Upgrade if you hit a limit.
Yes. Pages are mobile-first. Some apps restrict leaving their browser; we use standard links and a helpful fallback message rather than deceptive bypasses.
Customization
Pro and Business plans can add CSS that applies only to the public bio page — never the dashboard or admin panel.
Custom JS is a high-risk feature. It is off by default, gated by plan and admin approval, and never executes inside admin, login or payment pages.
General
Linkora is a link-in-bio platform. Creators get a personal page such as yourdomain.com/username that holds links, videos, contact details and more.
Yes. The Free plan lets you publish a bio page with core blocks and themes. Paid plans unlock premium themes, analytics, custom CSS, domains and more.
Monetization
Eligible creators can show platform ads, approved third-party ads, or affiliate product blocks. Earnings appear in the wallet after the configured share is applied.
Request a withdrawal once your available balance meets the minimum payout set by the administrator. Supported methods are configured in the admin panel.
Payments
Administrators can enable Razorpay, Stripe and/or PayPal. Checkout only appears after a gateway is configured with valid keys.
Paid plans show an expiry date on the Billing page. Cron marks expired subscriptions. Lifetime plans do not expire.
Security
Passwords are hashed with PHP password_hash(). Sessions are regenerated after login. Sensitive payout and SMTP secrets are encrypted at rest.
